This January, the Cutera APAC team came together on the stunning Gold Coast for our 2026 Regional Kick-Off — three days that set the tone for what promises to be an extraordinary year ahead.
Held at the Sheraton Grand Mirage from 14 to 16 January, the event was built around a theme that speaks to the very core of who we are as an organisation: The Power of One. One vision. One team. One goal.
Setting the Stage
The energy was palpable from the moment the team arrived. Wednesday evening’s welcome drinks offered the perfect opportunity to reconnect, share stories, and build the momentum that would carry through the days ahead. There was a genuine sense of excitement in the room — a collective readiness to take on 2026 together.
A Day of Inspiration and Alignment
Thursday brought a full day of high-impact conference sessions featuring inspiring keynote speakers, respected ANZ Key Opinion Leaders, and leadership voices from across the APAC region. Every session was thoughtfully curated to challenge thinking, spark bold ideas, and align the team on the strategic priorities that will drive Cutera forward this year.
The evening elevated the experience further with our Cocktail Awards Evening and Team Dinner — a memorable celebration of the achievements, excellence, and dedication that define the Cutera team. It was a night of well-deserved recognition, laughter, and the kind of connection that only comes from being in the same room together.
Leaving as One
Friday’s conference close brought everything together. The team departed the Gold Coast aligned, energised, and ready to execute — not as individuals, but as one cohesive force with a shared sense of purpose and direction.
The Power of One is more than a theme. It is a commitment to showing up for each other, our customers, and our clinics with everything we have. If our 2026 Kick-Off is any indication, the year ahead is going to be remarkable.
